Tucked away in a discreet brick building in downtown LA is the crystal paradise of Gia Bahm, jewelry designer of UNEARTHEN. 
Gia's necklaces, bracelets, and rings are not only beautiful but possess certain properties that can provide both physical and mental benefits to its owner. For example, an amethyst stone provides balance, heals sleep deprivation and alcoholism, among other things.
The crystal is the starting point for all her designs: "In my mind, crystals are a great example of an incredibly well-designed object. And they were made by the earth. There is such genius in this natural object, and you can feel there's something very magical about them just by looking at them..... To me, crystals are one part past and one part future, which is a source of endless curiosity.".
