Exciting news for Spring/Summer 2013:

KENZO creative directors Humberto Leon and Carol Lim collaborated with shoe label, VANS.

The collection includes six jungle-inspired vibrant color-ways and patterns infused into 
two of Vans’ classic sneaker styles. I need at least one pair of them!

The Vans x Kenzo capsule collection hits stores on March 15th.
Also available at kenzo.com, Opening Ceremony, Colette and other selected retail partners.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I read that MAISON MARTIN MARGIELA will collaborate with H&M for Fall 2012!! That's definitely something I call big & exciting news... 
I'm curious... how will Maison Martin Margiela's conceptual catwalk designs translate to the high street?
The collection will include womenswear, menswear and accessories and is set to launch on November 15 2012.

What an exciting collaboration at PRINGLE OF SCOTLAND... for the shoe collection FW12 Carr got together with Chrissie Morries & jeweler Husam el Odeh who had wrapped designs inspired by metal cans around the chunky high heels. My favourite is the ankle boot in the first picture... to die for!

[ I'll be waiting ]

So far the H&M collaborations with major fashion brand names hasn't impressed me much. It always looked so good but seeing the clothes in store was most of the time a big disappointment.
So I'm very looking forward to the MARNI for H&M collection hitting stores on March 03.... I love the lookbook & my hope is up for discovering some very cool pieces (with nothing priced over $149!).
