[ ACNE capsule collection ]

Jonny Johansson, Creative Director of the Swedish superbrand ACNE, is giving us a little summer treat. 
Looking back into the labels' impressive archives, the designer has re-created a selection of Acne classics in crisp shades of white. The capsule collection totals 20 pieces and offers slinky silk separates, printed t-shirts, denim skirt & trousers (of course!). All very chic!

Remember this embellished vest from the Spring 2012 runway? It's even more exciting to see it off the fashion show & on the street...

I love how Caroline de Maigret is wearing the Isabel Marant vest on top of a leather jacket. It's all about the styling, isn't it!

[ real deal or not ]

High-top wedge sneakers are still omnipresent in New York and not surprising. They are comfortable & a great alternative to converse sneakers or so.
When I came across these sneakers (above) I was quite surprised to find out these are not the ones from Isabel Marant!! Hmmmm....
I'm a huge fan of the ISABEL MARANT Willow sneakers.... but if you don't want to spend $760 (plus tax) on a pair of the real deal, these from LEMARE (picture - available here) are almost as good for $277.
Can you tell the difference? 
I can't help it, I personally prefer to stick to the ones from Isabel Marant.
